WEE Series planning
This page is designed to help the series co-ordinator and anyone offering to organise a Winter Evening Event to find suitable areas. It is not a definitive list. However, it tries to filter out show areas that are not affordable, shows how recent the map updates are (as at March 2025) and where known has an indication of the Lead time on gaining permissions.
Two relevant documents which will also help are the Mapped Areas Master List and the list of Landowner Liason volunteers who obtain permission.
