“After seven winter SMApp events, HOC’s Night Street League table is starting to become clear as the 10 event series provides six counting events for the NSL.  

In the women’s competition, Karen Thompson has already scored 148 points out of a possible 150 and is on course to win the Open and Veteran’s trophies. She is followed by Jenny Uff who is assured to win the Super Veteran’s trophy.

In the men’s competition Ben Crone has already scored 150 points with six wins and will retain his Men’s Open trophy for the third year, whilst Steve Blackmore has a commanding lead in the Men’s Veterans category ahead of Peter Langmaid and Alex Hudson. In the Super Vets category, Colin Palmer and Robert Vickers are vying for the lead, with Colin just ahead at the moment.

We have three very varied events left in the series, with the next stop being Mandy Mackereth’s event in Kinver. Anyone who took part in Mandy’s last Kinver event will remember it as a fascinating area with a canal, a church on top of a hill and a complex network of roads and paths to navigate.
